UIworkingDialog is a dialog that posts a working message to the user in a separate window. This is used to inform the user of application actions that can take a long period of time to complete. The value of OK (from UIdialog) can determine if a user accepts the situation described by the posted message. The dialog displays a special message dialog bitmap.
