Call for Partitipation
It's time for the annual DOECGF, held this year in beautiful Pacific Grove, CA.
This gathering works only with your support. So please consider submitting a
talk, panel proposal, or other ideas you might have on how to make this year's
forum a great success.
The overall them of the DOECGF is the visual analysis of science and/or engineering data that is of interest to DOE programs.
Suggested topics related to this theme include but are not limited to:
- Software updates (e.g. VisIt, ParaView, ADIOS, UV-CDAT, etc.)
- Display technologies (e.g. CAVEs, WALLS, consumer VR, etc.)
- Application success stories (or failures)
- Remote visualization
- Use of accelerators
- Big Data
- Research
- Parallel I/O
- All things related to viz.
Site reports
In addition to “formal” talks each DOE (or guest of the DOE) lab is expected to have a representative present a ~10 minute report on relevant events of interest at their site. If you are not sure who the site representative is from your site find out. It may be you!
